To maximise freight efficiency our Kea and Rosella chair ranges have been engineered with a matching mini-pallet system.

Chair stacks are produced, each with its own mini-pallet, four stacks of mini-pallets are then strapped together and shrink wrapped to make a sturdy "full size" palletised chair pallet 1200x1000mm that can be easily handled with a forklift. NO double handling required.

High speed manufacturing with integrated overhead robot for chair processing, sprue trimming and foot application to ensure precise and consistent product.
