Our modern facility is a power house of experience in both process and design in the plastics industry. Ongoing investment in the latest equipment, machinery and robotics as well as the introduction of G.A.M. (gas assisted moulding) has made TCI a world class facility.

Expertise and design innovation combined with the latest 3D computer modelling, simulation and analysis software will assist in turning your ideas to reality. Following that we can assist with Testing, developing and re-engineering. 

As your project progresses, our in-house tooling design and manufacturing team will be engaged. Toolmaking capability up to 14Ton

Computer Numerically controlled machines (CNC) are used to manufacture precise mould components.  Your project is then ready for trialling, testing and finally mass production.  Other in-house facilities such as screen and pad printing including UV process printing, assembly and packaging will ensure your product gets the right finishing touch.

Our facility includes full warehousing distribution. Further, TCI's well regulated process and quality control is an assurance to our customers of a total quality service and reliability.
